With 15 years across United Airlines, BBVA, and global enterprises — I bring the architecture depth, consulting clarity, and presales credibility to help your most important programs succeed.
I work with senior decision-makers accountable for cloud, data, and AI outcomes — who need a trusted advisor that has actually delivered at this scale.
Whether it's a 5PB+ cloud migration, a data platform modernisation, or an AI adoption initiative — I've led these from architecture to delivery at organisations like United Airlines and BBVA.
I designed a centralised ingestion platform handling 4,500+ pipelines and 10,000+ daily executions at under $10K monthly cost. Scale, reliability, and cost efficiency — simultaneously.
I've influenced multi-million dollar programs through RFP leadership, architecture proposals, and client workshops. I partner with pursuit teams to build the narrative that wins.
Business problems with a cloud and data dimension. That's exactly where I operate.
I led a 5PB+ cloud migration for United Airlines — delivered at 99.9% uptime with $2M+ in savings. I bring the migration strategy, governance framework, and architecture decisions that keep large programs on track and on budget.
I architected an ingestion platform for United Airlines handling 4,500+ pipelines and 10,000+ daily executions — at under $10K monthly cost and 99.9% reliability. Low-code, self-service, multi-tenant. Built to scale without scaling the team.
I've designed GenAI use cases for enterprise ecosystems, driven AI-assisted engineering adoption across large engineering organisations, and built the PromptOps and governance frameworks that make AI safe, auditable, and scalable in regulated environments.
I've led RFP responses for $400K–$2M+ transformation programs — partnering with global sales teams on architecture proposals, estimation models, and client workshops that improve win rates significantly.
I take on a small number of advisory engagements alongside my principal architecture work. When you engage me, you get direct access to 15 years of enterprise delivery experience — not a briefed junior team.
Senior architecture guidance for cloud, data, or AI transformation. Platform selection, migration strategy, modernisation roadmap, governance design — with executive-level communication throughout.
Senior technical partnership for high-value bid pursuits. Architecture proposals, estimation models, client workshops, and the technical storytelling that turns competitive bids into wins.
Designing the AI use cases, engineering frameworks, and governance guardrails that let enterprises adopt GenAI at scale — safely, auditibly, and with measurable productivity impact.
United Airlines needed to migrate petabytes of data to the cloud while building a centralised, scalable data ingestion platform — without disrupting the tens of thousands of daily workloads that operations depended on. The platform also needed to be cost-efficient, self-service, and governed.
Led a focused enterprise consulting engagement for BBVA — defining cloud and data strategy, modernisation blueprint, migration roadmap, and architecture assessment needs across multiple business domains.
Every role added depth — from capital markets risk systems to petabyte-scale cloud migrations and global strategy consulting. The thread throughout: making complex technology deliver real business outcomes.
Leading architecture, strategic consulting, and presales across major global clients. Defining AI adoption strategies, driving enterprise modernisation programs, and partnering with sales teams on multi-million dollar pursuits. Clients include United Airlines, BBVA, and openInnovation.ai.
Designed and delivered the centralised ingestion platform underpinning United Airlines' cloud data ecosystem — 4,500+ pipelines, $9M+ in engineering savings, and 99.9% reliability at under $10K monthly cost.
Transformed monolithic banking applications into modern microservices architecture. Worked onsite in Belgium engaging directly with clients. Gained deep expertise in banking system complexity, regulatory requirements, and high-availability design on AWS.
Built risk management systems for Morgan Stanley's capital markets division — developing deep understanding of risk calculations, pricing models, and the precision that financial systems demand.
Built over 15 years of real delivery — not certifications alone.
I'm passionate about road travel and high-altitude exploration. Over the years I've driven through some of India's most remote and demanding terrains — places where the road tests not just your vehicle, but your preparation, your judgement, and your ability to stay calm when conditions change without warning.
The most significant of these journeys was driving to Umling La in Ladakh — at 19,024 feet, it held the Guinness World Record as the world's highest motorable road. Higher than Everest's South Base Camp. A place where oxygen is thin, the road is unforgiving, and every decision matters.
These expeditions — through Ladakh, Kashmir, and Sikkim — have shaped how I approach complex programs. You plan meticulously, you prepare for what you can anticipate, you adapt to what you can't, and you never panic when the conditions shift. The same qualities that get you to 19,000 feet are the ones that get a troubled data program back on track.
I'm Sandeep Singh. For 15 years I've led cloud, data, and AI transformations for some of the world's most demanding organisations — currently at Impetus Technology, where I work with global clients on their most critical data and AI programs.
My career spans United Airlines, BBVA, Morgan Stanley, and Sopra Banking Software — giving me genuine depth across aviation, banking, capital markets, and enterprise technology. I've delivered 5PB+ cloud migrations, architected platforms handling thousands of daily pipelines, and defined cloud strategy for global banks.
Beyond delivery, I've led multi-million dollar presales pursuits, conducted enterprise strategy consulting engagements, and driven AI adoption across large engineering organisations. I'm equally comfortable in the CXO boardroom and on the architecture whiteboard.
Alongside my principal architecture work, I selectively advise organisations where I can bring genuine senior-level attention. If you're working on something important, let's talk.
No pitch decks. No sales process. Just a direct conversation about your challenge — and whether my experience is the right fit.
Tell me what you're working on. I respond to every message personally, typically within 24 hours.
